- TENDER NOTICE 1. Quotations are invited by Headquarters Logistics 2 Corps Multan for purchase of stationery items. 2. Only firms registered with Sales Tax / Income Tax Department can apply. 3. Tender document and other details including list of stationery items can be obtained from Headquarters Logistics 2 Corps Multan from 30 Oct 2026 to 23 Nov 2026 at the cost of Rs.5000/- (non-refundable). 4. Quotations in sealed envelope can be deposited by hand or by post so as to reach Headquarters Logistics 2 Corps Multan before 1000 hrs 23 Nov 2026. 5. Tender will be opened at 1030 hrs 23 Nov 2026 in Headquarters Logistics 2 Corps Multan. 6. All those firms / Manufactures can participate who are already registered with Military Organization or willing to get themselves registered with Headquarters Logistics 2 Corps Multan. 7. Quoted rates will be non-negotiable; inclusive of all taxes and tender will valid up to 30 Jun 2027. 8. In case of additional allotment of funds at later stage, contractor will be bound to provide stationery on the same rates as per tender before 30 Jun 2027. 9. Commander Headquarters Logistics 2 Corps Multan reserves the rights to reject any tender inquiry / quoted rates (considered contrary to the spirit of tender competition/ incomplete/ low quality samples or samples not required by Army specifications at any stage). 10. Other terms and conditions are given in the tender documents.
