About the Tender Archive

Tender Archive collects Active Tenders from the PPRA EPMS portal and presents each one as a procurement dossier: source details, dates, financial values, documents and Corrigendum history together on one page.

Where the records come from

The archive reads the public PPRA EPMS Active Tender list and each Tender detail page. It keeps the publishing organization, office, contact details, Tender number, category, sector, procurement method, advertised and closing dates, and the financial values the portal publishes.

Source text is preserved alongside normalized values. When a financial amount cannot be parsed as a number, the published wording is shown instead. Dates and times are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time.

Active and Delisted Tenders

Only Tenders present in the most recent complete scan of the PPRA Active Tender list appear in the public listing. A Tender that leaves that list becomes a Delisted Tender. It stays in the archive for reference but is removed from the Active Tender listing.

A complete list scan is validated before any status changes. If a list page cannot be read, the Saved Tenders keep their current state.

Documents and Corrigenda

Published Tender Documents and Advertisements are archived as PDFs. Identical files are stored once by content hash. A document link on a Tender page opens the archived copy, and a missing object is shown as unavailable rather than as a broken link.

Corrigenda are kept in sequence so that amendments to dates, text and requirements remain visible after the source page changes.

What this archive is not

The archive is a public reference, not an official procurement channel. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility requirements and submission instructions against the PPRA EPMS portal and the published Tender Documents before acting.

The archive does not provide keyword search, filters or saved views. Browsing is ordered by advertised date, newest first.
