TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & TIRE CLASSIFICATION • Machine: Hyundai Wheel Loader HL-780-7A (Operating Weight ~29.5 Ton) • Tire Size: 29.5-25 (Bias/Ply) or 29.5R25 (Radial), Tubeless (TL) • Tread Design: L-5 Deep Rock Lug (Strictly hard-rock / mining cut-resistant tread; regular traction / mud tires are not acceptable) • Quantity: 02 Nos. (Inclusive of compatible heavy-duty O-rings) 3. BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ) & PRICING SCHEDULE Bidders may quote for Option A, Option B, or Both. Rates must be quoted per unit and total price on DDP Risalpur basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes, freight, and insurance). OPTION A: BRAND NEW ROCK TIRES • Item Description: Brand New Heavy-Duty Rock Lug Tires (02 Nos.) • Specifications: Size 29.5-25 or 29.5R25 (Tubeless, L-5 Deep Rock Pattern) • Manufacturing Year: Strictly 2026 production only (DOT 2026) • Warranty: Complete standard manufacturer warranty included • Unit Price (PKR, Inclusive of all Taxes & Delivery): ________________ • Total Price for 02 Nos. (PKR, DDP Risalpur): ________________ OPTION B: USED ROCK TIRES (SOUND / USABLE CONDITION) • Item Description: Pre-Owned / Usable Heavy-Duty Rock Lug Tires in Sound Condition (02 Nos.) • Specifications: Size 29.5-25 or 29.5R25 (Tubeless, L-5 Deep Rock Pattern) • Manufacturing Year: Not older than 2023 (DOT 2023–2026) • Tread Condition: Minimum 75% to 80% remaining tread depth • Quality Requirement: Free from any sidewall cuts, ply separation, crown damage, bead distortion, or structural repairs • 6 months replacement warranty of seller. • Unit Price (PKR, Inclusive of all Taxes & Delivery): ________________ • Total Price for 02 Nos. (PKR, DDP Risalpur): ________________ 4. SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS (MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS) E-PADS registered bidders must upload the following declarations/undertakings: 1. Age & Compliance Declaration: A written undertaking affirming that the offered tires strictly comply with the manufacturing year criteria (Option A: Year 2026 only; Option B: Not older than 2023) and adhere to the L-5 rock lug specification. 5. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Delivery Location: PASDEC Machinery Pool, Risalpur (Regional Office / Site, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). 2. Delivery Period (Strict): Maximum 05 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Purchase/Supply Order. 3. Prices: Rates must be quoted on a DDP basis (inclusive of all applicable taxes, loading, transit insurance, and freight to Risalpur). 4. Physical Inspection: o Tires will be inspected at Risalpur by the PASDEC Technical Inspection Committee. o For Option B, acceptance is strictly subject to joint physical inspection verifying structural sound condition, remaining tread depth, and DOT manufacturing stamps. Any non-compliant item will be rejected at the supplier's risk and cost. 5. PPRA Rule 33: PASDEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33.
